Cosa Rica Tarrazu is grown in the rugged mountains of the "Land of Saints" in Southeastern Costa Rica. The area and altitute to which it is grown (1200 - 1700 meters) provide heavily to the intense flavor. Costa Rican coffees are prized for their high notes and their smooth body.
