This coffee was actually tone grown up higher (4500+ ft) in the mountains from the Norte location from Peru. This is actually a Strictly Difficult Bean (SHB) Arabica, Balance of trade, natural coffee. Our Peruvian coffee has a rather huge bean framework at a 17+ display size.
